The Story of Columbus the Ant
I know that some people celebrate Columbus Day, and others, like myself, just regard this day as another Federal holiday. After learning the terrible things he had done in our history, I did not want to do a comic in his memory.

Thus, I decided to draw the tragic story of my first pet, an ant named Columbus, who lasted about 2 minutes, but brave to the end.
